Hopelessness is wandering without purpose. Life of human is directed towards death. So, by design, happiness doesn't exist. Along with other fears, fear of death is permanent.
Hope is the journey to know the inner purpose. Hope is tool / weapon, how to encounter fear.
Hope is related to recognition of purpose. The higher the purpose, the higher will be the sufferings, the higher the patience would be needed.
Hopelessness (Depression) is the absence of purpose.
Everyone gets inner voice; why you're doing, you're not supposed to do. This voice is start of recognizing the purpose. Parents and environment don't provide the right direction. In most cases, they don't have the capability.
This is journey of struggle. Understand and share.
Communication skills, articulation has a lot of meaning. Piety, piousness prevails in human nature.
Sura 103 بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ (١) إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لَفِى خُسۡرٍ (٢) إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ (٣)
Surah Al-Asr
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the declining day, (1) Lo! man is a state of loss, (2) Save those who believe and do good works and exhort one another to truth and exhort one another to endurance. (3)
2:83 وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَـٰقَ بَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٲٓءِيلَ لَا تَعۡبُدُونَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَبِٱلۡوَٲلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَانً۬ا وَذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰڪِينِ وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسۡنً۬ا وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّڪَوٰةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً۬ مِّنڪُمۡ وَأَنتُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ
And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allâh (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor), and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him], and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders.
Very few people (philosophically, deep thinkers) courageously focus on real solutions. Aristotle, Socrates and other few are examples.
Every 100 years the philosophy of world changed. Marxism / socialism; killing of rich people started, so the system failed.
Islam connects inner psychology more than others.
Acceptability of single system is nature of universe, animals, human beings. It is called Hierarchy of Competence.
Purpose of animal life is survival. Human purpose of life is creativity, evolution, progress.
Capitalism is prevailing on all. It is based on controlling resources.
“Alpha” males are those at the top of the social status hierarchy. They have greater access to power, money, and mates, which they gain through physical prowess, intimidation, and domination.
Cognitive dissonance theory is a psychological theory that explains how people cope with inconsistency between their thoughts, beliefs, or actions (1957). Cognitive dissonance causes discomfort and motivates people to reduce the inconsistency by changing their cognitions or behaviors. The theory applies to situations where two cognitions are related but contradictory, such as consonant or dissonant.
We as a Muslim learn, Allah SWT, prophets' philosophy in childhood. Then in school, college and in practical life facing capitalism.
Suicides, hopelessness; “Alpha” male which is capitalism now. It has taken over Islam.
Marginal man or marginal man theory is a sociological concept to explain how an individual suspended between two cultural realities may struggle to establish his or her identity.
Muslims are practicing capitalism.

O mankind, indeed, We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah SWT is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
Alpha changed; definition of success changed.
Fact finding, evidence is different than believing in the unseen.
2:3 Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them.
Signs of Kingdom of Allah SWT are there for those who pay attention.
Signs are different than facts and evidence.
Atheism is that no god exist. It is result of purposelessness / hopelessness. Nothing is after death.
Purpose is source of hope.
Reaction on an accident is anger.
Muslim lives between hope and fear.
Sufferings brings you to dua / prayers. One feels helpless and then try to seek for Highness.
In Islamic philosophy, sufferings have beauty in it.
2:214 Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said,"When is the help of Allah ?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.

Those who are stuck with hating Islam, Muslims, people. Should study arguments against Islam, humanity. Those arguments are so baseless that he will rethink.

5:32 مِنۡ أَجۡلِ ذَٲلِكَ ڪَتَبۡنَا عَلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٲٓءِيلَ أَنَّهُ ۥ مَن قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ أَوۡ فَسَادٍ۬ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَڪَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعً۬ا وَمَنۡ أَحۡيَاهَا فَڪَأَنَّمَآ أَحۡيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعً۬اۚ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُنَا بِٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرً۬ا مِّنۡهُم بَعۡدَ ذَٲلِكَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لَمُسۡرِفُونَ
Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!.
89:27-30 يَـٰٓأَيَّتُہَا ٱلنَّفۡسُ ٱلۡمُطۡمَٮِٕنَّةُ (٢٧) ٱرۡجِعِىٓ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً۬ مَّرۡضِيَّةً۬ (٢٨) فَٱدۡخُلِى فِى عِبَـٰدِى (٢٩) وَٱدۡخُلِى جَنَّتِى (٣٠)
(It will be said to the pious — believers of Islamic Monothesim): "O (you) the one in (complete) rest and satisfaction! (27) "Come back to your Lord, Well-pleased (yourself) and well-pleasing (unto Him)! (28) "Enter you, then, among My (honoured) slaves, (29) "And enter you My Paradise!" (30)

Capitalism and Islamic philosophy is opposite.
104:1-3 وَيۡلٌ۬ لِّڪُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ۬ لُّمَزَةٍ (١) ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالاً۬ وَعَدَّدَهُ ۥ (٢) يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ ۥۤ أَخۡلَدَهُ ۥ (٣)
Woe to every slanderer and backbiter. (1) Who has gathered wealth and counted it, (2) He thinks that his wealth will make him last forever! (3)
Old homes are product of capitalism. Connect hopeless youth with these old home people.
Divorced youth, female depression is understandable. Male depression is just may be pretending.
Pre-marital (good) and post-marital (worse) life has proportion.
Dopamine and serotonin are already consumed. Dopamine is primarily related to reward and motivation and provides happiness boost based on a certain action. Serotonin is primarily involved in happiness and mood and is more of a stabilizer than a booster. Serotonin also impacts sleep and digestion and is required to produce melatonin. An imbalance of either of these can have detrimental effects on mental health.
Sort of Fantasy VS Reality clash. Pre-marital is base of extra-marital relationship.
Accomplishment
Dopamine container needs more quantity which that girl (or any accomplishment) can't provide as compared to pre-accomplishment. At that time of effort and struggle, the dopamine container was opening / closing.
Now is the time of post-accomplishment; size of container is increased. Now it's not opening / closing. Some 'professionals' suggest them to pretend that they're someone else. They try 'variation'.
Dopamine and addiction are related. Self-praising, helping others (Oxytocin) addiction.
Oxytocin is one of a few hormones that have a positive feedback loop.
We cannot say that sinners are hopeless (corrupt psychology). Corrupt philosophy or no philosophy leads to corrupt psychology.
Hopelessness is psychological state of mind.
In capitalism, only 1% can achieve 'Alpha' status. 99% are out of the game. They can never achieve alpha status. They will always remain depressed. 47:00
Look into problem and you find the solution, at individual and community level. You will start applying the solutions narrated by different philosophers and you will reach the real final one which suite to your situation. Purpose directs traveler. To become religious scholar, quit smoking, gossiping. Start quality talk. Making money / closeness to Allah SWT make the route towards where and how.
Find the way to purpose, it will come from philosophy, hierarchy competence, seeking for knowledge.
Muqam e mehmood, peak of the peak.
Islam starts from knowledge. Other isms end at knowledge. Mao theory is based on skill.
90:4 لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ فِى كَبَدٍ Verily, We have created man in toil.
Philosophy (perspective)
It's a painful journey but end is great.
On the Day of Judgement, people will regret why they have no sufferings. (Hadith)
Sufferings are sign of faith.
Fake hope has no value.
This world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the unbeliever. (Hadith)
When one is hopeless in suffering, he has to rethink about philosophy.
The Righteous Predecessors used to be pleased when a hardship afflicted them, seeing it as a token of Allah's forgiveness and benevolence.
The difference is that with God our suffering will be meaningful and useful, while without God we suffer pointlessly.
The Prophet said, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."
“And remember Ayyūb, when he called his Lord: 'Distress has undoubtedly inflicted me, and You are the most Merciful of the merciful ones!'” (21: 83).
