How to handle anger

How to handle anger:
Anger is unsaid and unspoken emotion. When we fail to express in words what we are going through that makes us angry. There is so much going on in our hearts and in our mind which we fail to comprehend in words. All that piled up emotion unsaid unheard unspoken becomes anger. This results huge volcanic eruption. When this anger erupts, it destroys us, it destroys everything around us.
So, in order to learn how to handle anger, we need to learn how to express our emotions in words. If difficult to say, write it down.

To understand how people think, look to their actions, not their words.

Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.

What happens if we train them, and they leave? What happens if we don’t, and they stay?

We develop a comfortable working environment, so change becomes a distant memory, after-all humans are naturally lazy.
