Laziness and Smartness
9:19
Do you consider the providing of drinking water to the pilgrims and the maintenance of Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah) as equal to the worth of those who believe in Allâh and the Last Day, and strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh? They are not equal before Allâh. And Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).
Alas for mankind! There never came a Messenger to them but they used to mock at him.
And never came there a Prophet to them but they used to mock at him.
And when it is said to them: "Spend of that with which Allâh has provided you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe: "Shall we feed those whom, if Allâh willed, He (Himself) would have fed? You are only in a plain error."
Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path.
If your path is more difficult, it is because your calling is higher.
If your path is more difficult, that means your destiny is bigger than you thought.
When we choose the harder path, we open ourselves up to new experiences, skills, and perspectives that can ultimately lead to greater success. By embracing challenges, we develop resilience and a strong work ethic. We learn how to overcome obstacles and setbacks, which are inevitable on the road to success.
The easy path is seldom the right path.
Some beautiful paths can’t be discovered without getting lost.
Laziness can lead to mental health issues, poor health, reduced ability and efficiency, wasted talents and potential, poverty, unfruitfulness in God's kingdom, apathy to mental health issues, bad habits, and smarter decisions, innovative solutions, and better mental health.
