Fostering Relationship - to be in touch with people for longtime (forever) with many people. Meeting with a person (name), return from Hajj. On schedule. But I've free time for visitors. Good listener. Learner. Office decorum, staff.
One sentence special in the letter; keep happy yourself. Don't give control to someone else. Research proves that we have only 10% control on our circumstances, and we have 90% control on ourself. We attach our happiness with circumstances (environment), making it conditional. That's 90% and it's out of control. So, we've only left with 10% room for happiness.
There are simple steps to adapt happy lifestyle. 1) Count and visualize blessings around you from your past. Close eyes, put 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 55 years back and look yourself now where you're. Use sense of gratitude and thankfulness. 2) Mind your own business. Leave the bad habit of other's fault-finding. A non-Arab chatting with Arab about his tea drinking habit and his long life. He said that his grandfather is 105 and he mind his own business. Nosiness, Tajassus, تجسس Talking about politics. Quit distraction, focus yourself. 3) Help one person on daily basis.
4) Live neat and clean. It makes you attractive. 5) Use fragrances. Aromatherapy is successful treatment for good health. Bad smell makes you depressed. 6) Increase water intake. 7) Designate a day in a week / month / year (No Complaint Day). Go without complaining for a full day. 8) Daily exercise in fresh air. Watch playing children. Walk in clouds. Share greetings. Make friends. Be social.
9) Give charity, smile, good advice. Charity is religiously very much recommended. 10) Encourage others. Celebrate with others their happiness. 11) Acknowledge, appreciate. 12) Recall, remember, talk about your good days. Be grateful for those moments. Our mind tries to find negative things. Tame it, train it for finding great moments from past life.
13) Organize home stuff. Office organized, well maintained. Your office / bedroom. 14) Participate in homework activities. Involve family, children. Wash car.
15) Review the whole day. Recall great activities of the day. What learned new. Where I got paid more than I deserve. Which great people met today. Respect, love. Full your bag with happiness for today.
